Pros:Pick up was way too slow. But the drop off process was awesome. Just drop the key in the box and head to airport.Cons:The pickup at the pleasanton place was slow. Time is money. Sitting around waiting for folks to come and go to figure out what is going on....only to rent you the car that has been sitting on the lot for the whole time shows the need for process improvement at some locations.Reviewed Sep 14 2020

Pros:The Enterprise customer service agent, Matt was very helpful correcting the incorrect information they provided to Kayak.com. Only charged for insurance on an unavailable vehicle.Cons:More accurate information from Kayak's vendors for a realistic time frame and rental car availability.Reviewed Aug 17 2020

Great experiencePros:The young woman at the front check in counter greeted both my wife and I with a handshake, was very helpful and got us out of there in no time. Another young lady helped us pick out a vehicle and she was also quite friendly! When we returned the car, we were an hour early before they opened but it was no problem. The gentleman that helped us was very courteous and friendly. He ran inside, printed out our receipt and brought it out to me.Cons:Nothing!Reviewed Jan 6 2019

Pros:The ease of rental - getting in and out quickly.Cons:The cars are not cleaned well. The last two rentals from this location were very dirty. One of the rentals rear window was so dirty I had to clean it, hardly no visibility through the window.Reviewed Apr 1 2017
