The front desk staff, Gary, was very friendly and helpful. He was able to secure my reservation for a highly in demand vehicle during this busy summer travel period. I had to witness an unfortunate incident with a disgruntled customer when I was there and he was able to handle the situation gracefully all while the female customer was shouting and cursing at him. And to top this off, the AVIS location I rented from was at a small counter in a mall with him being the only employee. Way to go AVIS, keep this employee.Reviewed Aug 16 2021

They rented me a van damage in both sides.ICons:I was given a vehicle with big damages in both sides. I contacted Enterprise about the possibility to extend the rental, and the rep told me that I did not have to go the office for that and he quoted me a price of $ 196.00 for an additional week. I said Ok and requested an e-mail or a fax with the confirmation and then I was told that they don't provide a receipt with detail info (pricing of the rental) until you return the vehicle, to please go to their office and he will provide me with prove of payment. I drove to Enterprise office and the REAL story was that I was forfeiting the deposit and paying an additional deposit and the price was a lot higher than quoted.
