Pros:The second car they gave me was fully functionalCons:The first car was broken, vibrated/shock-likely something wrong with the tires. The second car they gave was filthy, the trunk had bananas, grocery bags, wrapping paper, old masks. There were chips by the driver’s seat. It took me a total of two hours to do a simple one day rental. There should have been no less that four people working during this trying time. The car that was rented to me was filthy. Cons:A bit pricey for the car that was given to me. And I did not like that I was not able to go through the drop of inspection with the person who inspects the car. If I have any extra charges because of that I will be very upset and dispute them because the car was returned in the same conditions I received it in.Reviewed Aug 1 2017

Pros:we go to Miami every year and always rent a car. this as my first time with your company and we didnt like the way your employee treated us . He was too rude and i told him that will be my first and last. That happened ay the Drop off no May 24 at 12:30 in the afternoon.Reviewed May 24 2017
