Easy check in/outPros:By the time I arrived they offered an upgrade because of the high season they didn’t have the unit I asked for, and I didn’t take it because was going to increase my budget for the insurance, so they wanted to compensate searching for a unit in other location, but I was lucky that a client arrived with the unit I reservedCons:Because of the hurry, the car was only vacuum, but the car wasn’t dirty outsideReviewed Jan 3 2019

Pros:Car was clean, got a complimentary upgrade due to lack of availabilityCons:Free upgrade got worse gas mileage which ended up costing me more money on my trip. Place was a madhouse both at pickup and drop off. Although I had a reservation, my car wasn't ready (hence the free upgrade). At pickup they were unable to give me a ride because it was 15 minutes to closing (I arrived 40 minutes to closing but didn't get served until 15 til).
