Pros: They gave me an upgrade to a SUV at no added cost and it was the perfect vehicle for our trip.

Pros: Friendly, courteous, efficient
Cons: Reserved a compact; they substituted a van. I didn't mind, but my wife refused to drive it (too big) leaving me with all of the driving.
