Car trouble gave us only 30 minutes to rent a car to meet our travel deadlines. In 66 years of life I have never rented a vehicle (!!) and I was nervous. Roland, the first to greet me at the OKC Airport Enterprise desk walked me through it and calmed me down. We made it to our out of town event on time! Thanks Enterprise and your great employees! Georgie and Sally!Reviewed Jul 19 2025

Made Reservation online, with all Fees and Taxes was told I would have to pay $177. Got there to pick it up and they were trying to charge me $240. Ended up showing them the receipt from reservation and they would only go down to $202 on it. Felt taken advantage of and they weren’t willing to fix it or even try.Reviewed Jun 22 2025

The first vehicle I rented had problems with the transmission. I called Enterprise and they had me go to another location where they traded my car out. I was very satisfied with the new vehicle. A couple of hours after getting the new vehicle, I realized that we left the remote control for our garage in the first vehicle. I immediately called the Enterprise where I originally rented the car and explained what happened. They have not found my remote as of today, April 12, 2024. I do not understand why they can't trace the original car and find my remote. Other than trying to find my remote, I was very pleased with the service from Enterprise.Reviewed Apr 12 2024
