Cons:Waiting outside before picking the car up and after dropping it off seems like a poor way to do business. I understand that in these times of COVID-19, businesses have had to make changes, but being able to wait inside for a ride seems do able.Reviewed Oct 2 2020

Cons:The car was very smoky smelling. Every tim ewe got in it, the odor was annoying. Especially since at checkout we signed a part of the contract that said we would not smoke in the vehicle. Seems it should be presented to us without smoke smell.Reviewed Aug 26 2016
