Pros:My experience was a disaster!..... You confirmed me a pick up truck with ENTERPRISE and when I went to pick it up, they did not have it available... I spent $ 65 in transportation and 2 hours of my time plus disrupted plans, YOU ARE COOKS and LIARS!...... Cons:When I got to the Enterprise location, they told me they hadn't seen the type of vehicle I had reserved in over a week. You need to have a better system of what inventory is available at your rental partners. I took a $35 Uber ride to get to this Enterprise location to find they didn't have the car I reserved. Stood there about 30-40 minutes and only got a car because I got lucky and someone returned one.Reviewed Dec 31 2018
