Pros:Staff was friendly, pick up was fastCons:Received car with a dent Received car with chip on drivers side of windshield, obstructing view a little Outside of car was dirty Inside of car were noticeable scratches and missed dirty spots. Detail cleaning did not look professionally done compared to previously rented vehicles Car only little less than half filled with gas at pick up. Would have been helpful for staff to explain some features of cars technology such as the Apple CarPlay, the fact that wifi was not included though the car had an option for it.Reviewed Jun 9 2021

Rental policies are inconsistent and ridiculous...Cons:That you have the to lease a car in your own zip code if you want to use a debit card... Also, you cannot rent anything bigger than a midsize car..Reviewed Jan 16 2017
