Pros:Staff was professional and easy to work with.Cons:The vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke. It took me a couple of days to get the odor out of the vehicle. I was not given return instructions and had to make the return in a Sunday when Enterprise is closed. There is no one you can speak to for instructions or help. There should be weekend check in information sheets or something on the building/door to assist customers. Not everyone has computer access or knows how to navigate websites to find such information.Reviewed Mar 15 2021
