Pros:The Staff was friendly and helpful. The New London branch accomodated my pick-up on Sunday morning in Groton since the Groton branch was closed on Sunday.Cons:The car had a faint odor of skunk. Better smelling cars would be good.Reviewed Jul 30 2019

Cons:Service was terrible. They staff was extremely rude. Car broke during our trip to New Hampshire. It was 7 degrees outside. We were over charged for damage to the vehicle that we did not cause. No communication. We were directly lied to by the staff. I would not recommend enterprise to anyone.Reviewed Jan 25 2019

Enterprise Van RentalPros:The vehicle was clean and ready when I arrived. Adam, the customer service rep was courteous and helpful and showed me the things I needed to know about the vehicle, e.g. How to turn on the lights, windshield wipers, etc.Cons:1). The vehicle had only 1/2 tank of gas. They told me I could return it with 1/2 tank. The sign in the office showed prepaid gas at $2.09 per gallon. This was not offered to me. I refilled the vehicle upon return to Emterprise and had to pay $2.52 per gallon at the station nearest their location 2) the insurance coverage offered online was an additional $11.00 per day. At the Enterprise office they charged me $25.00 per day for the least expensive insurance coverageReviewed Jun 9 2017
