“No cars available” even though I had a reservation. Attendant told me to come back around 3PM to pick up a vehicle. No one called back and when I called around 3:30PM there were still “no cars”. This is very disappointing and not expected with a company like Enterprise with how big they are and how much they tout customer service. Pros:was able to change the drop off location to airport with minimal cost/penaltyCons:I had to wait for the car to arrive to the car rental place for 3 hours. In addition there were 5 to 7 other people who were also waiting. After waiting for about 1.5 hours the staff realized that they mixed up my car choice and so this led to further delays. Very frustrating to spend 3 hours of my vacation sitting in a parking lot on the highway during a nice sunny day, when I should have been with with my family.Reviewed Apr 5 2021

Pros:The car was decent. Drop off was easy just a little hard to find as the google address brings us to the Mazda dealership and there are no obvious signs in the front of there being enterprise.Cons:Service was awful. It was a busy weekend and supposedly the company doesn’t anticipate these things for holidays. We waited about three hours for a random car to be ready. I booked and paid for an economy car (Corolla or similar) but got a really small compact car. The car change was fine but there was no refund or price change for downsizing or inconvenience. Sat on the sidewalk for almost three hours and I even called the corporate customer service number to ask for my options and the lady was unsure how to handle the situation so she stopped talking and eventually hung up on me. I don’t know how they could have been so overbooked, it was a terrible experience picking up the car. Everything else was fineReviewed Mar 16 2021

Pros:The customer service was easy to get in touch withCons:Everything. The car was not ready upon pick up. I was told “we have no cars here for you so you can either wait or take a smaller car” I then I had to wait for someone to return a car, then wait for it to be cleaned. I got the car and the driver window would not roll down. I called 3 location in the are to switch the car out and no cars were available. On my 14 hour drive one of the tires continued to lose pressure, also the car shook when driving over 50 or accelerating. At my destination I had to contact 5 enterprises a day to see if any cars were available to switch out. During 5 days no one had any cars, so I was forced to drive this car which I did not feel safe in 14 hours back home.Reviewed Dec 3 2020
