Pros:Car was nice
Cons:Took 3 plus hours to get my rental at pickup Was charged a fuel charge for $38 extra when it was filled. Never again. Worst experience I've ever had with a rental car.
Cons:The general location was easy to find, but, once there, Hertz was not easy to find. There were no signs indicating where the office was.
Pros:Only one guy at the counter and he handles everything efficiently, all on his own.
Cons:Slightly weird location, could be closer to bus routes.

Cons:I was not granted my a car. They advised me that they had no cars available even with a reservation. Went to several rental places. Not one car available.

Pros:was able to change the drop off location to airport with minimal cost/penalty
Cons:I had to wait for the car to arrive to the car rental place for 3 hours. In addition there were 5 to 7 other people who were also waiting. After waiting for about 1.5 hours the staff realized that they mixed up my car choice and so this led to further delays. Very frustrating to spend 3 hours of my vacation sitting in a parking lot on the highway during a nice sunny day, when I should have been with with my family.

Cons:Everything. The car was not ready upon pick up. I was told “we have no cars here for you so you can either wait or take a smaller car” I then I had to wait for someone to return a car, then wait for it to be cleaned. I got the car and the driver window would not roll down. I called 3 location in the are to switch the car out and no cars were available. On my 14 hour drive one of the tires continued to lose pressure, also the car shook when driving over 50 or accelerating. At my destination I had to contact 5 enterprises a day to see if any cars were available to switch out. During 5 days no one had any cars, so I was forced to drive this car which I did not feel safe in 14 hours back home.
Pros:The guy was really nice made it very easy to pick a car an explained everything in great detail easy to understand
Cons:Enterprise overall as a company needs to do better with their online reservations. I made a reservation in Hollandale and they claim that they called me but they never did to tell me that the car reserved was not available so when I went to pick up the car they told me that as well as that there were no other cars available he gave me a card and told me to call around to the other enterprise to see if they had a car available
Pros:Pick up and drop off so smooth and easy. Very fast and friendly.

Cons:Reserved a compact car - only pickup trucks available when I got to the location.
Pros:The staff that assisted me were very nice and friendly.
Cons:First SUV I was given was filthy with food wrappers from prior guest and Enterprise did not clean vehicle. Second SUV given was a nice upgrade but needed immediate maintenance service while in use and was advised to either go to Firestone or put oil in car. We will not be be using Enterprise again.
Pros:Car was new and clean, check-in was fast and no-nonsense
Cons:Waited for 30+ minutes for someone to come to the check-in desk. The staff member was excellent but she was the only person on staff and it seemed like she was left alone to do all of the work.
