Good service, dirty carPros:Car worked really well. Customer service at drop off was excellent.Cons:Car interior was worst I ever had. Ketchup on steering wheel, dirty seats and console. Dead bugs. Also hidden charge discovered when dropping off. Agent at time fixed it so that ended up ok.Reviewed Aug 15 2018

DisappointedCons:The interior of the car was not detailed, it had not been cleaned. There was mud smeared on the bottom passenger door panel, potato chips on the floor and under the drivers seat. There was an old receipt from the dollar store, the dash was very dusty and hadn't been cleaned, the media screen had fingerprints all over it and the drivers door panel had dirt smudged on it. I had to clean the car myself for my passengers. Not what I expected from Enterprise.Reviewed Aug 6 2018

Fantastic servicePros:Staff were really friendly and organized. We were in and out in no time and there was no pressure at all to buy extra coverage etc., just a polite ask. When lost luggage delayed our vehicle pick up they were helpful and understanding. We got a great recommendation for a nearby restaurant, and when it was time to drop the vehicle, they happily helped us resolve our luggage storage issues until it was time to head to the airport. Best experience I've ever had renting a car and a great deal.Cons:The van we got was comically basic...the rear passenger windows didn't even open! However it was clean, it got us where we needed to go and we had no issues with it so we really have nothing to complain about.Reviewed Aug 2 2017

I did not go with them in the endPros:the counter staff at the airport were nice. Defaulted to pickup location in downtown Halifax and not the airportPros:Nice carCons:Having to pay an extra $40-$50 to change pickup and drop off locations. Kayak defaulted for pickup to an address in downtown Halifax (which is far away) and not the airport. There is an Enterprise office at the airport but if you rent off the internet, you are not allowed to pick up or return your car there. Unless you fork over more money, of course. WTF???? I am at airport, shouldn't the car be there too? Watch out!! Check the fine print! Having to take a taxi to pick up your rental car? Who asks you to do that in the 21st century? Also, why are all of the defaults for rating the car rental "Excellent"? I am not rating this rental as "Excellent", But Kayak doesn't seem to give me any option.
