Pros:D'Angelo was awesome. Super friendly and fast - easy check out and check in.Cons:Price - I rented the same vehicle 1 year ago and the price doubled. June 2020 price was $900 May 2021 price was $2039. The price this time was ridiculous!Reviewed May 11 2021

Pros:The rep that assisted me, I want to say his name is Brandon was extremely helpful and friendly. Even though they didn't have the vehicle I reserved on hand he assisted me with obtaining something equal to (or better) to fulfill the reservation at no extra charge. I have NEVER received that type of assistance from other places. I was VERY pleased with the service and will make Enterprise my priority rental place.Cons:Nothing, everything was GREAT!!Reviewed Feb 24 2021

Pros:I never got my car. I put in the atlanta airport and it gave me another location. It was pre rented, (not paid for) and I set the time to pick it up. When I found out the airport was the wrong location, I called the other location and they were closed until Monday. This was Saturday afternoon. So I had no car and had a terrible time getting to my location.Cons:State on the website clearly that this not an airport location and times should align when they are open to alert you they will be closed.Reviewed Jan 3 2021

Pros:The only thing decent was how easy it was to drop off. Terrible experience otherwise.Cons:When we made the reservation online we chose the airport as our pickup location. Only to find after traveling and taking the shuttle to the car rental place; it was another location 30 minutes away!! That’s insane. So we lost our rate. Enterprise wouldn’t honor the rate we booked for. Had to pay almost double. And we’re told we wouldn’t make it to the other car place in time. Kayak should of known better when we entered the airport as a pickup location.Reviewed Nov 16 2020

Cons:Check in procedure was confusing. A simple sign telling customers to stay with their car until a representative could check them in would be helpful. There was so much hustle and bustle with customers and employees milling about going to and from a kiosk that there was no clear or apparent procedure to follow.Reviewed Nov 7 2020

Pros:Friendly staff at pick up and lower price than I expected. But then charged higher price at drop off! WTF? That Sucked! I called and talked to the staff at that location in Duluth,GA and they would not work with me to reverse the extra money I was charged. Also the car had a broken windshield wiper switch and I had to hold it the during the massive thunderstorm for over 1.5 hours while I drove. Very dangerous not to have both hands on the wheel in a massive rain. Not to mention light care and bad brakes. Test your cars before someone gets hurt! I will be NOT be considering Enterprise nor any affiliated rental car companies in my future rental cars and searches.Cons:see above #IWillNeverRentEnterpriseAgainReviewed Oct 28 2020

Pros:NothingCons:They didn’t have a car for me when I got there. Had to wait for an hour. The car they gave me was nasty, had Cigarette Ash everywhere. Stunk like smoke. Tire needed air everyday. Oil filter light was on. Only had 1/4 tank of gas.Reviewed Oct 21 2020
