Double check the dates
Pros: Got a local rental with ease.
Cons: The dates I requested got changed and I didn't notice till a day before picking up the car. I was forced to make rental changes at the last minute so paid top dollar!!! It could have been worse had I not checked my reservation a couple of days before picking up.

Pros: Nice customer service rep at the rental location. Friendly and polite.
Cons: Only had one car on the lot which was different from what I was expecting based on my reservation preference.
