Pros:Staff was polite and return was quick.Cons:Very inefficient pick up that took an hour. I specifically requested a small vehicle which they didn’t have so got a regular sedan. During the hour that I waited, the car was sitting right there. Employees had not cleaned it and only right before I took possession were they in there disinfecting it. The car was dirty, smelled like weed. There were personal items belonging to someone in the trunk and a used mask under the driver’s seat. It looked like someone’s personal vehicle that had been rented out to me. All other cars in the facility looked good from afar - they were SUVs that had been washed and cleaned and had no damage. The car given to me had not been washed or cleaned, and had preexisting damage.Reviewed Oct 2 2020

good but problem with car computer...Cons:the car computer which should allow to have accurate information about the gasoline consumption wasn't accurate and couse me confusion about the real gasoline consumption . beacuse the car was only half loded (???? i dont know why? it should be fully loaded!) i needed to stop more time to fuel it before getting it back and finaly i returned it with more fuel than i need to....Reviewed Jan 6 2019

Pros:I was not able to get the car rental because it did not mention that we to have the credit card and person driving had to match... also I tried to use my debit card and they told me I need a pay stub AND a utility bill (which I did not have on me) so not only was I angry about having to travel all the way back from where we came from but she also mentioned how there was no ez pass with the car, so we have to pay our own tolls. She was laughing the whole time (very unprofessional) I was not able to take the trip that I had planned with the rental car.Cons:EverythingReviewed Oct 29 2017

Reservations taken, not necessarily keptPros:The car was clean enough and comfortable. The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful.Cons:They didn't have my car ready and admitted that it was standard practice to try to upgrade people because they often don't have the right cars. The problem was that the cars they offered had terrible mileage and I was doing a LOT of driving. I ended up waiting 4 hours passed my scheduled pick up time to get my car.Reviewed Sep 24 2017

This location is bustedCons:I have rented from enterprise in the NYC area for 7+ years and never had an experience this bizarrely unpleasant. Pick up took over 45 min, there was also a long wait for drop off. The rules regarding deposit ($500 held on my credit card?), adding an additional driver (they insisted on every driver submitting their own credit card even though it wouldn't be charged... hmmm... what?!), the fact that they wouldn't go over any of the costs at the desk ("we can't do that until we have the vehicle" even though insurance, fuel charges, etc are ALL STANDARD), THE FACT THAT I NEEDED TO ADJUST MY PICK UP FROM AN AFTERNOON TO THE NEXT MORNING WAS IMPOSSIBLE & EVERY TIME I CALLED I GOT A DIFFERENT ANSWER AND WAS TOLD I WAS ALREADY SPEAKING TO THE MANAGER. In brief, worst experience I've had renting a car. Would love to hear a response from Enterprise Corporate.Reviewed Aug 15 2017
