Pros:The agent at the desk was very helpful. He handled difficult situations well--two parties had no transportation due to misunderstandings on their part.Cons:The gas policy--or lack of one. Because there were no papers exchanged, I didn't even think of the gas policy until I was on the road and noted the tank was below half full.Reviewed Jun 5 2017
