Pros:My son lives in Ridgecrest, two hours away. Traveling by yourself is stressful enough, so I like the convenience that Enterprise is right in the terminal. As a women driving by myself, it gives me such peace of mind that I will arrive safely. The cars have always been clean, new and ran perfectly. Pros:They helped out.Cons:They never told me to bring a credit card to pay for the rental. I have a debit/ master card and I couldn’t pay for the rental with this card. I had to drive 25 minutes back to may house to get my credit card. This was very inconvenient. All they need to state on the agreement or reservation would be “only credit cards accepted for rentals” “ no debit/ credit cards accepted”. No where did it state this.Reviewed Oct 9 2019

Check what your paying for vs what you reservedPros:The car was fun to drive and was clean. The attendant let me return it before opening hours which I was greatful for.Cons:I reserved an intermediate car which their website said was a Hyundai Elantra or similar. I get there and they try to give me a Nissan Versa.....uh no I was told that was a compact on my last rental.....so then they say all they have is a Veloster which is categorized in their system as an intermediate......not even close to the Elantra.....tired of the bait and switch they assume people don't know anything about cars and won't careReviewed Apr 9 2017
