Pros:I liked the unlimited miles makes a difference and will definitely get me to rent again if it stays around.Cons:The overall extension process and maybe price should be considered to be locked in at whatever rate you booked it at to begin with if extended. Just an idea.Reviewed Jun 23 2020

Pros:Pickup was great. Drop off was backed up and looked really understaffed for the volume of cars being returned.Cons:Drop off area better managed. We had to walk a long way to the shuttle bus terminal with all our suitcases in tow. Usually the drop is much closer to the building.Reviewed Dec 31 2019

Pros:I booked a rental car on Kayak with Enterprise but there were no cars available upon my arrival. When I asked to make sure that i was not charged, the Enterprise representative was unable to confirm one way or the other as whether i was charged. I tried calling Kayak but they were closed.Cons:Don't accept a booking if there are not rental cars available. 24 hour customer service should be available with Kayak.Reviewed Oct 29 2019

Pros:The office is disgusting. Very dirty. The cove base is ripped up along the walls. There were dead insects all over the waiting room and bathroom.Cons:When I went to get in the car it was on empty. I had to wait for them to go fill it up before I could leave. As I made this reservation several MONTHS in advance. It would be nice if the car was ready to be picked up at the time I reserved.Reviewed Oct 3 2019

Pros:Pick-up & Drop-off were easy. While dropping off, the agent was only apologetic for my inconvenience for the vehicle I was given and for the customer service when picking up. Apologizing didn’t make my experience any better nor did it satisfy me.Cons:Aside from apologizing and feeling bad for the inconvenience I faced, Agent should have done more and satisfy me so that I would come again to rente with Enterprise.Reviewed Mar 22 2019

Nice experiencePros:The car was really clean and easy to adjust to driving. The service was quick and somewhat friendly.Cons:They didn't explain about everything like other places I've rented from. As I was driving away in the vehicle, I noticed that it was not completely full as I later noticed on the paperwork once I looked at it. I did take a picture of it showing a bar missing. I assume the gas policy works like other rentals and if I returned it like I received it, then I would be good.Reviewed May 30 2017
