When I went to get in the car it was on empty. I had to wait for them to go fill it up before I could leave. As I made this reservation several MONTHS in advance. It would be nice if the car was ready to be picked up at the time I reserved.3,2 Poor

Pick-up & Drop-off were easy. While dropping off, the agent was only apologetic for my inconvenience for the vehicle I was given and for the customer service when picking up. Apologizing didn’t make my experience any better nor did it satisfy me.Cons:

I typically dont have issues with Hertz vehicles. The staff is friendly and gets the job done.Cons:
Inside of car was dirty when I received it. Also, car didn't have windshield wiper fluid. Would suggests having another person on call in case of vehicle emergencies. There is only one person working the front desk, and when I tried to drop my car off it took a lot longer because there was a break down that had to be handled, leaving no one at the desk.Dollar
