Pros (+) The hotel and the staff
Cons (-) The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful the location to the boulevard is very near and my family had a great time I will I would definitely return to this hotel again for the next time I decide to travel with another Mexico again

Pros (+) I like that everyone at the front desk/bellman made eye contact with me and my wife. I did request at the front desk for extra towles. As soon as we arrived to our room on the fourth floor. Housekeeping staff was at the door with towles and a smile. The two young ladies at spa were fantastic
Cons (-) I didn't like the robes that we were given at the spa. They are worn out at the sleeves the neck area. Missing robe belt. The gentlemen that brought my lunch at the pool, didn't look happy nor explained that my hamburger was going to be served in a To-go Box. Would of personal liked it on a plate
