Pros (+) The room was comfortable. The staff was pleasant.
Cons (-) The bathroom was not clean. The Internet service was down. Mediocre effort to correct problem. Next shift was not made aware of problem. No coffee or breakfast offered. Office did not open until 7 AM so no ice available.
