Pros (+) The hotel was very clean, easy to find from the highway, very affordable, Wi-Fi was great, in room bathroom products were great,
Cons (-) We checked in at 2:50 when check in was supposed to be ready at 3:00. We were given our room keys but when we went up to our room it was clear the entire floor, let alone our room, wasn't ready and certainly wouldn't be in ten minutes. Cons (-) I reserved a rollaway bed several days in advance and was told it would be taken care of. Upon arriving, the rollaway bed was not available and the room was barely big enough to fit it anyway.

Cons (-) Clerk gave me my room key with the wrong room written on the envelop. When I tried to open the room written on the envelop, of course it would not open.
