The front desk staff were the most polite out of 4 hotels we stayed at over the course of the week. They were phenomenal.
The room doors are paper thin so could hear hallway noise very easily. Also the maids gave us an 0800 wake up so best to put do not disturb if you check in late and want to get some sleep.

Room was not clean, e.g. dust in corners of floor, dirty looking carpet. Shower head low; bathtub chipped. Not what is expected for a 4-star hotel, came across more like a 2-star hotel wanting to be a 4-star hotel.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful but the hotel is coming unglued--even nice people can't fix a crummy site.
Awful, awful location: NO sidewalks, must drive anyplace. Sited in concrete jungle. They should just close this facility until it is completed.
