There was no wifi/internet access. No Pool/Hot tub. No Hot breakfast (cereal, untoasted bagels, and apples/organges). I was not told any of these things at check-in. I was not informed about it until after my credit card was processed for payment, or inquiring about the pool... breakfast I discovered when I went to have it the next morning. Great hotel in a great location next to the Jersey garden mall and Ewr. I highly recommend this hotel. They do charge $20 for parking for the night! This is the only negative.

Pros (+) Great location for early morning flights.
Cons (-) The shuttle, at 4am, was completely filled and some got left behind. Considering they’re an AIRPORT hotel, they should have a backup van at minimum for large crowds.

Pros (+) The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size and very clean. The pool had plenty of towels and both the hot tub and swimming pool were well kept and both the proper temperatures. The check in process was a breeze as was parking. The breakfast was all the usual dishes. Served us well.

Cons (-) Even I had paid to stay from April 05 to April 06, the hotel front desk did not wan accept my check in, because I arrived 06:30 am, they mentioned "non-show". My booking was very clear that I was supposed to arrive this time, and the lady was rude, not polite, I was luck that was a supervisor 20 min late to solve the situation. That was my second and last booking in this hotel, never again.

Pros (+) Good job by shuttle driver and reception
Cons (-) I stayed in more than 20 country inn and suites. This one is worst. Very dirty room and hotel. Spots on carpet, towels, and beds.

Pros (+) Near to restaurants and the mall. Ok for overnight stop.
Cons (-) 1.5 hrs to get from the airport to the hotel which should take only 10 minutes. Not enough shuttle buses were running and it ended up with a free for all at the airport. Booked a place on the shuttle bus the following morning but the coach was full (there was no booking system for the coach). Could have missed flight.
