Great location for early morning flights.
The shuttle, at 4am, was completely filled and some got left behind. Considering they’re an AIRPORT hotel, they should have a backup van at minimum for large crowds.
Better than expected
The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size and very clean. The pool had plenty of towels and both the hot tub and swimming pool were well kept and both the proper temperatures. The check in process was a breeze as was parking. The breakfast was all the usual dishes. Served us well.
front desk is rude with terrible service
Even I had paid to stay from April 05 to April 06, the hotel front desk did not wan accept my check in, because I arrived 06:30 am, they mentioned "non-show". My booking was very clear that I was supposed to arrive this time, and the lady was rude, not polite, I was luck that was a supervisor 20 min late to solve the situation. That was my second and last booking in this hotel, never again.
Worst country inn and suites hotel
Good job by shuttle driver and reception
I stayed in more than 20 country inn and suites. This one is worst. Very dirty room and hotel. Spots on carpet, towels, and beds.
Near to restaurants and the mall. Ok for overnight stop.
1.5 hrs to get from the airport to the hotel which should take only 10 minutes. Not enough shuttle buses were running and it ended up with a free for all at the airport. Booked a place on the shuttle bus the following morning but the coach was full (there was no booking system for the coach). Could have missed flight.
There was nothing to like it appears the place is a welfare people placed by Social Services elevators dirty not for business traveler
It is an overrated hotel interns of price and facilities, plumbing in my room was not working properly noisy leaky water , my bedspread had blood stains So I slept with no covers

The front desk staff is very patient and helpful. Location is good and next door to the shopping mall. Good choice near Newark.

Terrible Check Out Service
The attendant at the Front Desk Myron, could not have been more rude! As I came down to check out I simply said I am checking out and all he said was just drop your key. I then asked for a receipt and he fumbled through in a huff as if I was putting him out. He did not find my hotel receipt, just a beverage expense. I asked him for hotel receipt and he looked up in a huff again and said you don't get a receipt because you booked through something else so contact them.I simply asked you cannot print an actual receipt and he just responded NOPE. I then asked for a breakfast bag since it was before 6 AM. He simply huffed away and then handed it to me without saying anything. Beyond rude. I would have stayed there this week as I am coming back for work. I will certainly not at this point. No place for bad service in competitive service industry.

some staff did not seem to bother if you ask just a little extra, I arrived at the hotel at midday and without even to check they told me I cannot get my room till 1500. This does not happen in many other hotels

Perfect location if you fly in/out Newark Airport. Hotel shuttle bus every 30 min. from station P4 of Newark Ait Train (easy to find). In addition there is a Garden Jersey Outlet across the street where you can shop for 2 days.... Breakfast is fine (except american eggs from a box...). Complimentary coffee at Loby and in the roon, fitness and swimming pool (small) + whirpool - nice one! I recommend to enjoy all facilities that this hotel offers.
Very close to Airport with free shuttle bus. Across the road from Jersey Outlet Mall which is great for shopping. Staff friendly and helpful
