Good, basic accommodations, never a doubt
I've stayed here twice now, always a good choice.
Good wifi after signing up. They keep luggage for one day. Kind.

Everything except staff is really poor! Just few hours, but the hotel is very old, elevator was down, and room not modern at all.
Free internet was great and location is good!
The room looked over a back storage location that was not well kept and rather dirty for a area that can be viewed by guests. Room had an old smell to it and the window ledge was dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned in some time.

The Hotel is very nice and well appointed. It does NOT include breakfast.
They would not come to the airport to pick me up because they did NOT have a record of my reservation. I had a copy of my pre-paid reservation and called Get A Room. They agreed that they showed my reservation. Who's fault it was (Get A Room or Doubletree) I am not sure. But it took 2 1/2 hours for them to work it out and pick me up. They (Doubletree) originally claimed that they had no openings. Some way or another one must have opened up but 2.5 hours waiting at the airport is NOT acceptable.
The hotel is really close to the airport as well to Marina Del Rey and Santa Monica.
