Pros: Over all very good
Cons: Live music should be longer
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Front desk staff Sara, Othman, Zuhair, Hamza was very helpful
6,0 Good
Pros: The accommodations are nice, clean and luxurious.
Cons: When traveling in the off-season, many of the hotels restaurants, bars and facilities are closed or only open on select days. Much of the hotel was under construction as well, which made it very inconvenient to access our room. The pool was even closed and under maintenance, which was particularly frustrating since it was one of the reasons we chose to come here.

This 5-star hotel in El Jadida Bay is not only where you get away from it all, but where you get it all, too: peace and quiet, forest and sea, and a superb 18-hole golf course. 9,0 Excellent
Pros: Very Good!Perfect!Excellent!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice location directly at the beach and not far from the town. Snacks served at Purple Lounge delicious!
Cons: If there is a "spa" in the name, you'd expect some professional relaxing facilities. However, there was just a hotel room converted into a massage parlor… Although the massage itself was good, service and spa menu is too limited compared to expectations.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: I love this hotel. The rooms are large, clean and modern, with good facilities, walk in shower, coffee and tea making, and the view of sea and gardens is fantastic. Pets are welcome, and it is a very good stop if you have a dog as you can walk him on the beach and round the lanes. Room service is good too.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit skimpy for the price.
4,6 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: First of all there was an issue of managing the booking, they mistake it with single rooms instead of double. Then i was accused that i made that reservation. There was absolutely nothing to do nearby .
5,4 Okay

8,8 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I loved having the terrace view of the coast.
Cons: The breakfast was very limited on choices. The wi-fi was spotty. The golf course could not be reached via telephone, and only had 9 holes open during the peak season.

ibis El Jadida - El Jadida - Building
4
7,4 Good (1 753 reviews)
R1 081+
Overview Reviews
Overlooking the beach, the ibis El Jadida hotel is 5 min from the city center, 15 min from the Sidi Bouzid seaside resort, 10 min from the historic monuments in the Portuguese city, and 1 hour from Casablanca and Mohamed V airport. The hotel has 103 air-conditioned rooms including 2 for people with reduced mobility, a restaurant, a bar open 24 hours a day, a terrace, a pool, a meeting room and a public car park.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Angry staff, dirty place not worth even half of the money.
Cons: Everything .
10,0 Excellent
Pros: View
Cons: The breakfast
2,5 Mediocre
Cons: THE ROOMS WERE NOT CONFORTABLE AT ALL, the sheets didn't smell good and the there was a problem in the water sanitation. The price we paid is so much and way too much for a very low service as we had. Never will be back again
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location of the hotel was amazing Hotel personels also was very kind.
6,6 Good
Pros: Ibis is located right on the shore, a walk across the street and you are on the beach. Also, it is in the northern half of El-Jadida, which means that you are away from the crowded and smelly medina, and in an area of town that is a bit less densely populated, and seems to be the nicer area of town. The breakfasts are OK, but nothing special; the usual Moroccan fare. Honestly, the location of this hotel is its only real advantage. Other than that, it is worn down, worn out, and overpriced.
Cons: First of all, the elevator was not working properly. All the buttons had been removed on the floors aside from the lobby, so you just had to wait for it to come on its own. The rooms were small, and old and run down. No frills here whatsoever. I had to take pillows from another room when nobody was looking because the staff would not give me extra pillows. The breakfasts are absolutely nothing special. I was trying to figure out if the orange juice was actually freshly squeezed with water added (as is typical in Morocco), or straight out of a container. Even though I was with a Moroccan friend, I was not informed at check-in time that there is a 25% discount for Moroccan citizens. Oh yes, and the hotel is right next door to an amusement park, which means noise, noise, noise until the wee hours of the morning. There is a lot more to say about this hotel, but I can sum it up in one word: overpriced. For $83 a night (which did not include breakfast), what I got in return was a no-frills, run-down hotel near the beach, that's about it. I personally would recommend the Ibis Budget hotel next door, which is only about $50 per night -- and though definitely no-frills, at least doesn't pretend to be anything more than that. This Ibis pretends to be something it is not.
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: That hotel have a many issues which are my room electricity was Not available, no warm water in restroom, no clean, and staff not welcoming. Honestly I have very bad experience in this hotel
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and cozy hotel, most of the staff that I encountered were friendly with me. Breakfast was also very good.

Pros: Absolutely great accomodation in Al Jadida. Absolutely beautiful in every details. Very nice and clean room, extraordinary equipped. Beautiful terrace on the top. The owner really care about you and about all your needs. Long time I was not in such extraordinary hotel. I really enjoyed to stay there. Very close to centre. You can park front of accommodation. Very safe location. Very quiet. They also offer massages and in the summer they have jacuzzi on terrace. Really gem in Al Jadida. Highly recommended. And believe me, I travel really a lot.
Cons: absolutely nothing. Was amazing to stay there
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The accommodation and staff were top class, wish we could have moved them along the road nearer to the sea .
Cons: Although it was situated near the Portuguese city and souk, we did not like El Jadida it was very dirty and the area was not nice.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful modern rooms, great breakfast.
Cons: Surroundings area not exceptional.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast on the terrace was great. The location, next to the port and medina is ideal. The staff was very attentive to our needs and made our stay quite comfortable.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very stilish place.
Cons: Staff despite being nice was quite clumsy. They were not having even access to booking.com. Hence we had to show them which room and for how many days we booked it (they did not know it).
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff at Riad La Villa & Spa (Asma, Rizlan and Swet) are THE most hospitable, attentive and sweetest people ever! I literally cannot thank them enough for being so great during our stay in El Jadida. Each room in the Riad is different, but you pay the price depending on which room you stay in. Breakfast is included and was full of plenty of fruit, yoghurt, roti and pastries. Asma let us have breakfast at whatever time suited us which was great when we needed a bit of a lie in! The Riad has plenty of great communal spots - we often had breakfast or tea up on the rooftop and the boys definitely made use of the hot tub! Though El Jadida does get VERY cold at night and so I stayed clear of jumping in.
Cons: One thing I thought was a bit odd and is slightly awkward is that there arent any doors in some of the toilets and so unless you are travelling with someone youd feel comfortable hearing all of your toilet business with, maybe pick one of the more private rooms :)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, very hospitable staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, unique arabic style. Very quiet and comfortable place right in the heart of the old city centre. If come to El-Jadida again, inshallah, will definitely choose this nice Riad.

Cons: Booked and paid for 2 rooms . It was a cold new years' eve with 5 degrees C at night . Asked for a heater during diner ard 22h00 since they the rooms were supposed to be equipped with one. Was told that they will bring it right away. Called the reception again at 23h30. The heaters were still on the way. Called at 00h10. All the staff has left and only the security guy was left. He was nice enough to let me have his but it was more for a bathroom than a suit. Froze our butts til the morning. A pitty !!
1,0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: We were housed in an annex out of sight of the hotel tho not too far away. Starting at 10 pm a crowd of angry men gathered in the ill lit square just under our windows and until after 2 am shouted, argued and threatened. We were two women alone, mother and daughter, and we are well traveled but were realistically afraid for our safety. We couldn’t get dinner because we couldn’t reach the hotel after dark - Fodors having recommended that women not venture out alone after dark, and as it turned out, for very good reason. When we woke up, we discovered we had been locked in for our safety w a 10-12 foot high pair of wrought iron gates bolted to the floor inside the wooden door to the building, and a very large shutter hook sort of arrangement was bolted to the wall and held the wooden doors shut. We had difficulty getting out and a fire emergency would have been disastrous. Fodors is irresponsible to recommend this hotel without specifying that one should o lu stay in the hotel itself. In addition, the so called world heritage site of the old Portuguese city has almost nothing to offer. It is a small, filthy, very poor little neighborhood with no redeeming features despite the old fortress walls which are catch basins for plastic trash and worse. This hotel is to be avoided.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!
Cons: Don’t ask the way when you get in the medina.A guy will lead you to a paid parking lot and demand a fee but there is free parking in front of the hotel and it’s easy to find once you get in the medina.
7,5 Good
Pros: This hotel is in a great location and we loved the decor. It feels very chic and the room was immaculately clean. The breakfast is delicious.
Cons: The hotel is very noisy. The floors and furniture look great, but all that wood and metal results in a very loud space. It was our last night in Morocco and we only got a few hours sleep. Also, we were promised mint tea in our room when we checked in, it never arrived.
6,0 Good
Pros: Shower
Cons: The room was hot and had no ventilation when the window was closed
4,2 Okay
Cons: We had two nights booked in the hotel .we had to leave after first night as the bedroom had cockroaches. We had dinner in the hotel and got food poisoning.. I booked the hotel on the information this site contains and we were put in another hotel we intend to get refund .through booking .com

Pros: Owner was very helpful and friendly. Offered good advice on things to see and arranged cabs. Delicious dessert after nice dinner.
Cons: Smoking is allowed in courtyard and smell came into our room. A bit difficult to find.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The owner kindly welcomed us and took us to garage where we left the car. It was just a few steps away from riad. Our two rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The riad itself was beautiful and cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Cons: Neighborhood looks quite shabby at first but within a few hours you get used to it.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: A great place to stay very close to the main tourist attractions but also offering a chance to see the regular day-to-day life in El-Jadida. As far as I could tell this was about as close as you can get to the old Portuguese city. Yassine was an excellent host, checked in advance if I wanted anything off the dinner menu, etc. The main attraction of course is the opportunity to stay inside a traditional Moroccan home, as beautiful as they are. It was, as such a bit pricier than other accomodations in the area (for example a hotel) but in my opinion this was well worth it, and in reality not much more expensive. For me, between stating in a normal modern (and average) hotel and this, I would much rather the little added price for the traditional feel of a riad and on this, La Maison Des Épices did not disappoint.

Cons: Staff despite being nice was quite clumsy. They were not having even access to booking.com. Hence we had to show them which room and for how many days we booked it (they did not know it).

Pros: Perfect location, very hospitable staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, unique arabic style. Very quiet and comfortable place right in the heart of the old city centre. If come to El-Jadida again, inshallah, will definitely choose this nice Riad.

Pros: Owner was very helpful and friendly. Offered good advice on things to see and arranged cabs. Delicious dessert after nice dinner.
Cons: Smoking is allowed in courtyard and smell came into our room. A bit difficult to find.
