The reception staff were very efficient and helpful. Their knowledge of the English language was very good.

Some caracter because El Calafate has none left. Nicely situated but far away from town for food.
It is far away from town so have to keep taking taxi´s - had booked double but got twin room. Heating in room was at sauna temperature and the only thing we could do about it was open the window all night - which is not very environmental friendly.

Great location with wonderful views. Staff welcoming and helpful - excellent friendly service. Food was of a good standard and reasonablly priced. Very clean and comfortable - would stay again and recommend to others.
On the outskirts of El Calafate, so would require a 10 minute walk to town or use of the transfer service if you did not have your own transport - we had a rental vehicle, so no problem.
