breakfast was nice, there was room service every day which was also nice. Location is great.
i visited in February while it was snowing in the Netherlands, but the heater in the room was not working. I informed the reception and they promised to have a look but they never came to check. it was the only thing really, but it caused a big discomfort because it was simply too cold in the room.

Responsible and friendly hotel staff, excellent breakfast, and free WiFi! And location was superb too - 5 minutes walking distance from the city centre!
Toilet rooms are too small and they are missing washbasins (it would also be nice if they were located at the same floor as your room is).
