The staff were friendly and helpful apart from the manager who ignored us every day.
Room wasn't cleaned in 5 days apart from bathroom once

The receptionist Mark was very warm and welcoming as he always greeted you with a smile and offered to help when it could.
Cleaners didn’t clean the room whilst we were there
