MY husband ate one morning there otherwise we ate out. He said it was fine
Very light clean neat hotel it’s a shame that there only located in the Scotland areas. As a lady travelling alone I felt very secure which was at the top of my priority list.
When I first arrived by Taxi I was dropped off at the incorrect part of the hotel so signing could of been better as it was raining . I had to go back outside with my luggage which was very inconvenient with the horrible weather staff said this happens several times daily.
From the rooms, to the buffet, the courteous staff to the views of the castle from the room, it was absolutely excellent in one of the finest European cities I have been to.
Good location, friendly staff.
Did not like the restaurant set up, canteen feel. Not enough staff in the bar to serve quickly. I waited about 8-10 minutes to get served on Friday evening. No issue however with the staff.
