Great location on sea front and near to town.
Television at Breakfast and in the bar area at loud volume on commercial channel = very irritating - and no one watching except a member of staff.
The beds were really comfy and had lovely cosy duvets. I slept really well both nights.
The breakfast room was crowded and didn't have enough tables for everyone.
The design of the hotel was so cool and funky and very clean.
The heating in the bedroom needed to be much warmer and also no hot meals especially breakfast.
The efficiency of the booking in and the sunny breakfast room, felt no pressure
location, price and quality
Good size twin disabled room, newly decorated, thick curtains, lovely breakfast and helpful staff.
some teething problems with recent work & equipment
A nice room with an excellent view of the sea.
It would be nice if there was a mirror in the room, the only one was in the bathroom. The sockets were all in the bedroom but no mirror to see what you were doing i.e. electric shaver, hair straightners.
The staff were very friendly and particularly so as they had only just opened (we were their first guests!!) but clearly the hotel was not quite ready so in the circumstances they coped very well! We look foward to an anniversary invite!!!
