Pros (+) Large room. Breakfast has protein. Good location. Relatively quiet.
Cons (-) First room reeked of smoke. Smoke in hallway in morning. Second room's HVAC didn't work right. Dust everywhere. This place has better rooms but I didn't get one.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast options, and spacious rooms. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, carpets, and bathrooms. While the service and amenities were generally well-received, some guests experienced problems with maintenance and noise. Overall, the positives centered around comfort, value, and accessibility, but improvements in cleanliness are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The comfort, peaceful setting.
Pros (+) nice big room with separate bedroom and full kitchen
Cons (-) booking.com had the wrong email address for a reservation, and it became a two hour headache
Pros (+) Room was clean and close to downtown for the race. Staff was very cheerful and very helpful.
Pros (+) Like a small apartment. Separate bedroom, living and kitchen area. Clean, good maid service. Great for an extended stay if needed. Not sure of prices for a longer stay, for a few nights, similar to other hotels. Free breakfast and some snack food at 5:30 pm social hour. Free laundry facilities.
