Fair servicePros:Staff were friendly and proffessional.Cons:Given my recent full hip replacement, I got a manual but had every expectation that I was getting an automatic. I managed through it, because I had to. Else, if I had time and opportunity to argue and go elseware I would have. I will not get stuck like this ever again. Also, I reported that the small car pulled to the left and the rear disc callipers were scraping loudly.Reviewed Aug 10 2018

Beware of hidden chargesPros:Lower priced than the more well known rental companies.Cons:They charged my credit card a mysterious fee with no explanation more than 3 weeks after I had returned the rental, on top of the rental costs already incurred.Reviewed May 31 2018
