No car was actually availableCons:When I arrived, I was informed that the prior customer had returned the car wrecked and there was no other car available for me to drive. There was also no other rental car available at any other rental company nearby. Needless to say, this caused major havoc for my intended vacation plans (which involved driving to 3 other cities in the area), and ended up costing me 3x as much on trains/buses and having to change plans for hotels. One of the guys at the customer service desk did his best to help (allowing me to use their phone for international calls, etc.), while shortly after the other kicked me out of their small waiting area, where I was using wifi to rearrange my plans, because other customers were on their way in. I won't be using them again.Reviewed Jun 1 2017
