Pros (+) Location was good, airlink & hop on hop off stop just outside, Temple bar only 10 minute walk away, food was excellent, breakfast & lunch & evening menu, concierge was helpful, luxurious / boutique feel downstairs but not in the rooms, 12pm check out & breakfast till 11am at weekends was good.
Cons (-) Bathroom was dirty, lighting was poor in the rooms, shower was rubbish, reception was slow, messed up our key cards & we had to go back to a massive queue to get them authorised & reception thought it was funny but it was a waste of our time. Tea / coffee in rooms poor, rooms not 4 star, dirty windows, building work being done so noisy, the lift is so slow!

Cons (-) Our room was dissappointing. Got a Deluxe room. No air conditioning so we had to open window. Very noisy being on the street. Room was small, bathroom was small and not very nice.

Pros (+) We stayed in one of the Georgian sweets which unfortunately didn't have an elevator but the concierge was amazing, from bringing out bags up to valeting the car to calling a cab for us to go enjoy the city. Beautiful room very comfortable bed and huge bathroom.
Cons (-) The only negative I would say was the service in the bar. We stopped in upon arrival to grab a quick bite to eat which did not end up being quick. It seemed like the staff was more interested in talking to eachother than helping us, and when I finally flagged the bartender down he asked us if we were in a hurry, not the kind of service you would expect from a hotel of this status.
