Customer service excellent, lovely hotel, will be back!
Bedside light (right side) wires visible, safety issue. Lift music too loud! Room 415
Location was excellent
Tiny bedrooms Horrible bed. Both had back aches in morning Dated bathroom Terrible value Average breakfast
In the past they have had a breakfast buffet that was second to none to something that is a shadow of its former self along with ordering off the menu that gives customers less choice and flexibility. Unfortunately they did not reduce their prices accordingly in a city that is grossly over-priced relative to other European centres of greater significance. Other than that the hotel is very good and has excellent facilities in the heart of the Grafton Street area.
The breakfast buffet as mentioned above.
