Dinner service Afternoon Tea Rooms
Too many strangers to the hotel to circulate inside the hotel, causing a less proper environment. Breakfast Service
Everything - staff were amazing
The service the welcome and the peace
All was fab
Beautiful ambiance in the lobby, bars and rooms, location just across from Stephen's Green and near to Trinity College, shopping and Temple Bar area.
Service could be more attentive in the bars and restaurants--wait times for menus, to take your order, to serve your order, were long and yet there were plenty of wait staff available.
The hotel was beautiful, staff was exceptional and the location is perfect. The bar was a great place to meet friendly people and gather helpful information that enhanced our trip.
