Good option, close to Dublin airport. Clean, decent food options in house.
Maybe this was just a bad week...
The Staff was as helpful as they could be
The elevator to the parking was broken, the A/C was out in the room (they did offer to move to another room, but it was late, and the parking validation didn't work requiring an additional trip to the lobby.
Not near the airport
Clean and comfortable
Advertised as an airport hotel , but it is not near the airport. It added extra time to make our morning flight. Also, they charged for the shuttle to the airport.
Convenient, but you will pay for the convenience
Very close to airport, almost no traffic
3.50 for a coke was steep!
Great place to stay.
Staff was friendly and very helpful, the facility was like new and modern.
Great beginning and end to our trip
We stayed here when we landed in Dublin and right before we left. We found the staff to be very helpful and the rooms were definitely big enough for four people. One of the bigger rooms we stayed in while in Ireland. Definitely a great place to stay when coming in and out of Dublin.
Met some cool people downstairs at the live music
It's 6 km from the airport, they charge for the shuttle, and the WiFi is €5/day. Gonna avoid most Hilton from now on as a result of their nickel and diming practices
Easy to get to, made feel very welcome. Rooms lovely and very good value
the hotel was very clean, easy to get around and the bar staff were friendly. i liked it.
the food at the bar was so bad it would put me off staying again
The efficiency of the staff
The waiting staff were fab! Rooms were clean, tidy and quite nice.
The reception staff were a bit unhelpful and understanding. 'Hilton Dublin Airport' suggests it will be close to the airport.
Nice and clean hotel.Good location for Airport,Shopping,Ikea.Stay here regularly for work reasons.Im sure I will stay again.would recommend hotel.
Relaxing atmosphere and first class service
Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed.
The staff were helpful.
There shuttle service from the hotel and to a beach area was not timely, except when we were to be picked up at 11:15pm at the beach, I was 5 minutes late and was left generating a large cab fee, the rest of the time the shuttle required long waits and almost cause us to miss our out flight. The phone did not work well and no one seemed to know how to fix. I did not receive a wake up call the one time I asked. The sheets were not changed daily with no notice or option to get them changed. One day there were no towles or shampoo available until I called which took nine trys on the telephone while I was dripping wet.
the bathroom facilities were exceptional
before checking out the cleaners kept knockin on the door to see if we had left, i found this annoying and felt pressurised into checking out early.
the room was agood size and clean. Also the staff were friendly and helpfull
the air con system was very difficult to opperate even with instructions.i could not increase the temp as every time i did it automatically dropped by itself.my room was freezing all night
