Location and staff
Change of room booking, room originally booked for 6 people, split into party of 4 sharing and 2 put in a cramped room.
It is definitely a good location and clean.
No lift at all. You many need to climb the stairs a lot. and they didn’t mention that I may need to live in another building beside on the website. The decorations and everything is quite different. I prefer to live in the original building with good paintings and 24 hour reception right downstairs. When I coordinat with the staff they just say sorry for not having any more room in the original building. I can take it if I was informed beforehand. Feel quite uncomfortable that I seem to have no more choice and had to take it.
15 minuts from the center. Comfortable beds and temperature of the room.
Some baths were not working properly and there was more cleaning needed. Depending on which bed you are, you won't have a lot space to put your luggage on the cage. People stole food from the refrigeratour although it had labels on it. On the third night, when we arrived in the middle of the night at our room, the stuff had taken out the linens of four of our eight beds and we had to go to the reception 3 times because the guy that was in charge made us to pick new linens ourselves, not even a sorry, and there is no elevator.
Very nice and friendly staff and perfect location. Cheap and breakfast is included. Perfect for a short weekend
The breakfast could be open for longer so that one could sleep longer and don’t have to wake early
