Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are highly mixed. Many guests praised the convenient location, especially for business travelers, and noted the rooms were clean and quiet, ideal for rest and work. However, a significant number of reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing poor communication, unhelpful or rude staff, and issues with booking management, including unexpected transfers to other hotels. Many guests also criticized the lack of amenities such as towels, water, TV, and proper air conditioning, and some found the rooms small or not as described. While a few guests found the hotel practical and appreciated the efficient check-in, the overall experience was marred by inconsistent service and missing facilities.AI-generated from customer reviews
