Great location for overnight stay when arriving later or departing for an early flight from DXB. Free Tesla transfer is a lovely touch. Well maintained hotel overall and great Elite member area. Staff very polite and helpful. Probably not an ideal location for exploring Dubai, but then where is when the city is so vast.

Pros (+) I like when I complain, they took a quick action. The TV was totally not clear, so they had put for me a tempoorary one. So, the staff cooperation was fair enough.
Cons (-) I didn't like the toilet, was small, dirty and the pipes was leaking. In addition there was no purpose to put a TV because it was not clear like a very old TV's with waves.

Pros (+) Liked: close to airport taxis available on queue
Cons (-) Dislikes: check-in took forever room was sub-par, old, falling apart supposed to receive fruit basket, never arrived food is ridiculously expensive for the price, this hotel is definitely subpar, and there is nothing that justifies the expensive room or food. breakfast was not even included. would never stay here again.
