Pros (+) Fabulous room; well appointed and thoughtful. Access to mall unquestionably awesome.
Cons (-) Valet staff out front continue to be a leaderless, snotty group. Untrained, uncoordinated mob of young men that ruin the hotel experience - same as my previous visit here 18 months ago. Disappointing. Bed is very uncomfortable - left with a sore back.
