Guests frequently mention the hotel's convenient location and generally appreciate its cleanliness. However, many reviews highlight negative experiences with staff service, small room sizes, and high noise levels, particularly due to loud music from the hotel's club. Some guests also noted issues with outdated rooms, maintenance, and additional charges.
