They called me an hour before vehicle pick up to tell me they don't have the rented vehicle or any other. No attempt to rectify or apologize. Kayak charged me for the additional insurance and still haven't gotten a refund.Reviewed Dec 30 2021

Pros:It is a good company to deal with. I did not want to rent at the Abbotsford BC airport so ended up here. Just have to add in the taxi fair of $70.00 each way but worked out fine. The Mazda 3 was in good shape and good on fuel.Cons:I was not aware that the company was closed on Sunday.Reviewed Aug 21 2017
