After an exciting day, refresh at this smoke-free hotel with complimentary wireless Internet access, complimentary continental breakfast, fitness center, indoor heated pool with waterslide, hot tub, laundry and dry-cleaning services and large-vehicle parking. Guest room amenities include kitchenette, coffee-maker, desk and flat-screen TV. Hot tub suites and handicapped-accessible rooms are also available. There is no charge for children 17 and under with an adult. Pets are welcome at this hotel.

Cons: There were huge stains on the carpets in the room. I found dead bugs und r the bed sham. Garbage and dirt footprints from past guests. There was and empty pallet in the main hall all weekend and the floors had garbage on them. Pool and excercise room were closed.

Pros: The staff were very helpful, friendly, and courteous. The breakfast was adequate..better than most simple continental breakfast offerings. I have stayed here over many years when i visit family in Drayton Valley. They have never dissapointed me yet!! And the restaurant next door has fabulous Veal Cordon Bleu!!! Worth it to visit the River Rock Restaurant for their first class meals at a decent price...

Pros: This was one the best stays I've had in a hotel in decades. From the fresh clean smell as I entered the room on the first day to the final courteous remarks on the last day of my visit this was an excellent establishment and a peaceful overall visit.

Pros: Attached restaurant,River Rock Grill, was very good .
Cons: Parking lot has potholes you could lose your car in. Upon check in they tried to charge me $21 more than I was quoted on booking.com. I refused to pay that price so she dropped it $10 and again I refused to pay and finally she dropped it to about $4 more than I was quoted and by this time I was just fed up and agreed to pay that. Room smelled when we went in and had to open the tiny window to air it out.

All rooms in our facility offer queen or king size beds 32" LCD TV in room coffee, fridge microwaves hairdryers, iron and ironing boards business desk, high speed wireless internet free local calls and an extensive continental breakfast available to all guests. While staying at the Service plus Inns and Suites enjoy our exercise facility that overlooks a 100' waterslide and steaming hot tub. This facility opens from 6 AM to 10 PM daily for your convenience. We have laundry facilities on site as well we offer a same day complimentary laundry pick-up and delivery services from Monday to Friday. Come join us for our Guest appreciation every Wednesday evening starting at 6pm Evening social includes complimentary appetizers and drinks. We also offer a frequent stay program that entitles guests to every 12th night free.

Pros: The breakfast was great, good selection and the staff was very accommodating to the kids. Pool was great but they needed to stock more towels and toys.
Cons: We booked 2 rooms, one had a bottle of vodka in one of the cupboards which was found by my kids and a couple things left under the bed, the other had a USED diaper in the drawer of the dresser that we didn't discover until after being in the room for most of the day. It wasnt from our kids as they arent in diapers. We let the guy at the front desk know and he made us remove it ourselves. He didnt offer to do it, just gave us a bag to put it in and said he would talk to the cleaning manager. Upon check out we were given a letter from the cleaning manager that simply stated that they were sorry and had new staff and they would do better next time. Nothing was done to try to rectify the situation or the fact that we were clearly uncomfortable with the fact our rooms were not cleaned properly or even at all.

My credit card was charged a totally of 5 times for the room, due to an error message they kept getting on their system and the women at the front desk kept running my card. Charges were reversed, almost a week later, however it reduced my available credit limit on my card, while we were traveling. Not cool.
