Room strongly smelled of fragrance, probably to hide the cigarettes outside. Entire block of rooms was non-smoking, but several smokers simply stood just outside the door (and window) to smoke. Door was ill-fitting, with gaps between frame and door. Room had been repainted from white to yellow at some point - the painters simply went around items, leaving places like a 2 inch swatch where the show...

Pros (+) This was an affordable place to get three double rooms. One of few left under 100 per room between Long neck DE and Wilmington. If you're looking for the cheapest rooms you really can't complain. I found it clean enough with a simple fitness room.

Pros (+) Continental breakfast pretty good liked the waffles. Front desk clerk was personable.
Cons (-) Curtain lining was torn, paint peeling in huge blotches, big chunk out of the arm of the couch, and the tv didn't hold the channels kept digitizing and freezing. Bathroom floor tiles moved when you stepped on them...but the bed was very comfortable except for the protruding headboard.
