Home2Suites is one of my favorite hotels to stay in when traveling. The Dover location held up to the standard I have always experienced. Additionally, it is located in a great location. There are plenty of chain and hometown restaurants to go to. Definitely, when I am in town, I would stay there again.
No complaints.

Check in front desk girl had the personality of a mop. Our room was somewhat clean, floors were sticky in my hall and bathroom- no door knob on our bathroom door, paint cracked and peeling in shower. Room had a musty stink to it. The A/C unit literally kept us awake all night, as it sounded like it was a jet on take off every time it ran. So loud we had to adjust the tv volume when it ran. The bed was like sleeping in the road- so hard. I am a Hilton Honors member. This was not a typical stay for a Hilton !! Paris would be applaud!! The breakfast staff was wonderful to say the least. The morning crew, at the desk was extremely nice. Thanks to Hilton, we are driving home, not well rested!!

Suite was nice for mobility accessibility, sliding door for access to bathroom was challenging, breakable dishes challenging for someone whose hands shake and balance is unstable, suggest paper cups too.
Breakfast was very limited, seating for mobility issues was not very accessible, eating in the front desk area very challenging. Choices for breakfast were limited, parking for handicapped limited.

The shower is everything. I love the neutrogena that is in the shower! The dispenser is so convenient.
