Cons (-) The entire stay. The room was extremely dirty with broken furniture. No one came to clean the room or change the towels the entire time we were there. The people above us were really noisy. The carpet was filthy. The dresser was broken. The comforter had holes in it. The cable channels were missing some. Room was cold for a long time till the heat kicked in.
